Increase Internet Speed

1. Start -> Run -> gpedit.msc
2. Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Network -> QoS Packet Schedule

3. Double click "Limit reservable bandwith"
4. Click "Enable" Radio button
5. Set "Bandwidth limit" = 40% then click "Apply"
